How to Request Your Transcript
To ensure timely processing, please follow these steps:
1. Provide Required Information
Make sure to include the following information:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth and the last digit 4 of the SSN
- Completed Program(s) Name
- Date of Attendance
- Contact Number
- Type of Transcript (Official or Unofficial)
NOTE: You can also visit our campus during business hours to submit your request.
2. Specify Delivery Method
Official Transcript: Provide your mailing address
Unofficial Transcript: Provide your email address
NOTE: We do NOT charge for a transcript (official or unofficial). If anyone approaches you on behalf of CCI Training Center asking for payment for a transcript. Please report to us.
Important Information
Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for your transcript request to be processed. During peak times, processing may take slightly longer.
Holds
Transcripts will not be released if you have an outstanding financial obligation or other hold with CCI Training Center.
Third-Party Requests
If a third party (e.g., an employer or another educational institution) is requesting your transcript, you may need to provide authorization.
