CCI’s medical assistant training in Dallas or Arlington helps prepare you to sit for the NHA’s Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) examination after graduation. Our program teaches you how to:
- Review and answer correspondence
- Maintain accurate electronic records and paper filing systems
- Attend to patients needs by answering phones, scheduling appointments and following up requests
- Use computer systems to accomplish office administration tasks
Certified Medical Administrative Assistants can work in a variety of settings including, but not limited to: physicians offices, hospitals, nursing homes, insurance firms, and for other health professionals.
CCI Training Center’s Medical Assistant program’s clerical training in DFW, gives you the experience and training you need to be eligible to sit the CMAA exam, which takes 130 minutes and involves 20 pre-test question and 100 scored questions.
